Short Diagnosis
This sounds most like fast-corner understeer, but in a fast chicane I would first separate aero balance from direction-change and platform-control issues.
What To Check First
1. Front wing / splitter. 2. Front ride height. 3. Dampers / platform control if the first turn-in is acceptable but the left-right transition becomes lazy.
What I Need To Know Next
Tell me whether it understeers on the first turn-in, during the change of direction, or on the second apex / exit of the chicane. That changes the diagnosis a lot.
What To Watch
On the next run, watch whether the front refuses to bite immediately, becomes lazy only during the left-right transfer, or pushes only once throttle starts coming back in.
What Not To Mix
Do not change front wing, ride height, and dampers together. Start with one aero/platform lever first, otherwise you will not know whether the problem is true aero understeer or transient chassis balance.
Guide Direction
Start with Symptoms Reference for fast understeer / aero understeer, then Aerodynamics, then Dampers only if the problem is mainly in the left-right transition.
